On Wednesday, we visited a water buffalo farm near Paestum that produces the famous water buffalo mozzarella. First, we enjoyed a four-course lunch, including fresh, creamy mozzarella and ricotta. 

After lunch, we met the water buffalo at the farm. Many of us ate water buffalo during lunch, so seeing baby water buffalo afterwards was an insightful lesson on the circle of life.
